Samsung Galaxy Attain 4G (MetroPCS)

Given our limited budget,  I'm always looking for ways to shave off a few bucks a month on anything.

Currently it is costing me roughly $35 per month for a Verizon line with friends and family plus shared minutes enough to prevent any additional minute charges, and this phone also connects to our house phones through a bluetooth device called XLINK.  I add a magic jack line so that I can go on hold with annoying customer services holds such as comcast.

In addition,  Joanna does a great job of keeping the comcast ISP service in check,  last 12 months at $40.23 for basic TV plus cable internet -  we just got bumped to sixty something with Joanna pushing them back down to $47.23.

I would so love to get rid of comcast entirely.   With a 4G phone with a wifi hotspot,  I could drop the TV and go to IP-TV of some sort and use the phone's hotspot for our internet at home.

I was thinking MetroPCS and this phone.

Which then led me to create this blog so I can check with all my fine neighbors!
